Who we are

Built by operators, not consultants.

StyleLabs was founded by people who have run marketing P&Ls, owned the pipeline number on the board deck, and shipped product into competitive markets. We are not a deck shop. We are practitioners who have done the work, more than once, in more than one industry.

That changes the conversation. We do not sell engagements. We sell outcomes that show up on the income statement, on the GSC graph, and in the answer that ChatGPT gives a buyer at 11pm when they are deciding whether to put your brand on the shortlist.

Twenty years in, the playbook is sharper, the leverage is higher, and the bar is the same: did the channel pay for itself, with margin to spare.

The shift

The ten blue links are not coming back.

Search has split. On one side, the traditional results page is being squeezed by AI overviews, sponsored placements, and zero-click answers. On the other, an entirely new surface area has emerged: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini, each running its own retrieval and citation logic.

Buyers now ask a model. The model answers, with a short list of brands cited inline. If you are not in that short list, you are not in the consideration set. Rank no longer guarantees revenue. Citation does.

The brands winning right now are the ones treating AI search as its own discipline, with its own measurement, content engine, and structured-data foundation. The brands losing are the ones still optimizing for a results page their buyers are no longer looking at.

How we engage

A three-stage program, designed to compound.

Most agency engagements stall because the first thirty days are spent on positioning slides, the next sixty on production rituals, and the rest on monthly retainers that no one can tie back to revenue. We do the opposite.

We diagnose hard, build fast, and operate a measurement cadence that gives the operator a number to show the board every month.

Stage 01

Diagnose

GSC forensics, content inventory, structured-data audit, and an AI-search visibility check across the four answer engines that matter. We arrive with a thesis, not a survey.

Stage 02

Build

We engineer the content engine, technical foundation, and SamurAI deployment so your brand becomes citable, not just rankable. Output is shipped, not parked in a roadmap doc.

Stage 03

Operate

A monthly cadence of measurement, refinement, and creative output. Compounding visibility across organic, AI, and paid surfaces, with one dashboard the operator can defend.

What we do

Areas of expertise.

Four disciplines, one operating system. Each card opens a deeper view of how we approach the work, what we measure, and where the leverage compounds.

01 / Discipline

AI Search & GEO

Generative Engine Optimization is a separate discipline from traditional SEO. Different retrieval mechanics, different citation logic, different signals of authority. We treat it that way.

Our approach covers four layers:

  • Entity authority and structured data, so models can resolve who you are with confidence.
  • Citable content design, written to be lifted into an answer, not paginated through.
  • Prompt-aligned topic mapping across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini.
  • Visibility tracking inside the answer engines, with month-over-month delta reporting.

The deliverable is a brand that shows up, by name, when a buyer asks a model the question that matters.

02 / Discipline

Organic Search

Organic is still the highest-leverage channel most operators have. The problem is that it is also the most mismanaged. We run it as a P&L.

What we own end to end:

  • Technical foundation: crawl, index, Core Web Vitals, schema, and site architecture.
  • Content engine: programmatic and editorial, briefed to convert and to be cited.
  • Authority: digital PR, link earning, and citation strategy that compounds over years.
  • GSC forensics: trend analysis at the query and page level, surfaced monthly to the operator team.

The benchmark is simple: did the channel pay for itself with margin to spare. If the answer is no, the program is wrong.

03 / Discipline

SamurAI Platform

SamurAI is our in-house AI marketing platform. It runs the production layer, the measurement layer, and the agent layer that ties them together. Built for operators who want leverage, not another login.

What it does for the work:

  • Content production at agency scale, briefed against the same standards we use for managed clients.
  • Operator dashboards covering organic, AI search, paid, and lead performance in one frame.
  • Agent workflows that handle the repeatable parts of the job, so humans stay on judgment work.
  • A subscriber and client base of 6,000+ that pressure-tests the platform every month.

SamurAI is how we hold output quality steady while the engagement scope grows.

04 / Discipline

Performance & Paid

Paid is where intent meets economics. We run it on the same operating cadence as organic, with shared measurement and shared accountability.

What we cover:

  • Google Ads: search, performance max, demand gen, with conversion modelling tuned to your CRM.
  • Local Services Ads: territory mapping, lead disposition workflows, and review-loop integration.
  • Paid social: Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok where the audience economics make sense.
  • Attribution: a single source of truth that survives the next privacy update.

If the channel cannot defend a CAC number against the LTV the operator believes in, we say so, and we do not run it.
