Brett came to StyleLabs after travelling the world!

He spent 10 years with a charter company as a customer service manager visiting all the southern hot spots in the winter and flying to European destinations in the summer. Brett states that Costa Rica and Italy are two of his absolute favourite destinations due to the amazing scenery, beaches, food and people. 

He has lived all over Canada from one coast to another enjoying beach volleyball in Vancouver in the summer time and fighting for warmth in the dead of winter in Saskatoon. Working in such a public facing position and interacting with many different personality types has helped Brett to fine tune his people skills. 

When the charter company closed their doors it pushed Brett into his next love and passion; people and teaching. 
He worked with a regional carrier helping to develop, write, implement and facilitate new and existing programs that were approved through Transport Canada. Brett was responsible for training groups of 40 to 50 people and also helped to build a Transport Canada approved training device simulator that saved the company time and money. 

In addition to becoming the lead facilitator/trainer on the west coast Brett has taken extensive training and betterment courses, ranging from adult learning methodologies and the psychology of adult learning to effective performance management and meticulous hiring.

Whether teaching a class of new hire flight attendants the ins and outs of safety or simply sitting down with his sales team to communicate the StyleLabs philosophy, Brett is our big-picture thinker ensuring clients expectations are met and exceeded each and every time.
